Please Note -
- Only members who renewed or joined after Oct 1st 2025 will be eligible for consideration for a refund. Maximum possible refund of $15.00 per membership.
- Current gift card balances will be refunded in full, where the gift card number matches a record in the Regional Cinemas Nambucca database.
- Refund is at the discretion of the Nambucca Cinema Management team. No other correspondence will be entered into where a refund is not to be provided.
- Where a refund is accepted, a member of the Nambucca Management team will contact you, on your preferred contact method. They will arrange for you to provide them with a bank account number to transfer funds as required. If no bank account number can be provided, it is not possible to obtain a refund.
- All attempts will be made to make contact within 72 hours of the submission of a Refund form.
- Refund Forms must be submitted on or by 1st March 2026. No refunds can be provided post this date.
